![]() ![]() This PS1 emu seems pretty imtresting, I don't follow the PS2 homebrew scene very much, was really into the PSP one for the 1st couple of years, over at DCEMU.CO. The first CD I got was corrupt and they quickly sent a replacement without any hassle. The DVD version works perfectly in my PS2 Slim. Yeah, no probs, I done it for a couple of people on a different forum the other week,Īm also in the "less than 50" club, so no PM's for meīasically this exploit is pretty handy, someone done mine for me when the first version came out about 8 or 9 months ago, it will let you obviously run HD Loader and USB Advance, but also, if you want to open up your PS2 and tape/ solder across the internal lid switch (and do something about the external one) you can run "Cogswap" that way you can use actual discs, either ones you have made backups of or original imports, still wont let you play PS1 games that way though (I did try, lol) These Swap Magic discs are easy to use and allow you to play imported games on your PS2. Personally at home I prefer the slim PS2 running games over. (with self addressed envelope included of course and maybe some haribo) Youll need a mod chip for your PS2 to play PS1 backups and I dont think all. So would somebody be willing to stick free mcboot 1.8 and hdloader on a memory card for me if I sent it to them? ![]()
